The Oracle Fusion Apps provide organizations with secure access to their Oracle Cloud Applications on the go. The mobile app offers a responsive user experience similar to that of the web application, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.

Within the mobile app, supply chain healthcare users can carry out various operations such as cycle counts, receiving, put away, stocking inquiries, stock issues, pick confirmations, subinventory transfers, and periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) counts. These mobile workflows support barcode scanning using either a camera-based or device-based scanner. Offline support is available for periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) count applications.

To access the new mobile workflows, users can navigate by selecting the Inventory Management (New) option under the Supply Chain Execution menu. Alternatively, users can directly access specific mobile pages by clicking on individual Quick Actions such as the PAR Count (Mobile) action to go directly to the PAR Count mobile page.

As a new hire or an existing employee, users can manage various tasks ranging from onboarding tasks to personal information management, payslip viewing, goal management, benefits election management, skills and qualifications tracking, directory searches for colleagues, and more. Managers have additional capabilities to hire employees, make promotions or transfers, adjust work hours, manage salaries and compensation, and utilize My Team to keep track of team-related employment, compensation, and talent information. The application also allows all users to view notifications and approve or reject requests directly from their mobile devices.

Offline support is extended to HCM Learning within the app so that learners can complete their courses at any time. Progress and completion status of learning assignments are synchronized with the server once the device reconnects online.
